In his book, #UnfuckYourself, @garyjohnbishop says it's not enough to want change in your life. You must be willing. I added this to my list of #dailyaffirmations and remind myself often that if I really want something I have to be willing for that change to happen and to play my part.
There are some terrific affirmations in Bishop's book. It's a quick Audible "read" and great for the car.
